Why This Must Be Read: I love "slice of life" fics. And when "slice of life" at the SGC includes Reynolds turning purple... :)

The SGC acquires a library, and life goes on as it does. Extra bonus truly lovely Daniel and Vala friendship scene!

Outside, the SGC was a hub of activity. The galaxy spun on, in all it's chaos and wonder. But inside this one small room in the SGC, a library seeded in grief and grown with care, all was quiet and there was peace.

Why This Must Be Read: It doesn't matter if he's called Cam, Cameron, Mitchell, or even New Guy - he gets his teammates in all their individual glory!

I love fics that plunge you right into the middle of the action, and I love competence, and I love fics that show how much they all know each other. This fic has all three! Throw in some bonus Reynolds and a little extra drama, and you've got a short, fun story that you can visualize playing onscreen.

Reynolds moans and sets down his radio. "Can't get a twenty on any of my team through this EM interference. And when I can pick up anything, everyone sounds like a prepubescent robot low on batteries."

"Lemme give it a shot." Cam adjusts his earpiece and thumbs on his radio. "Sierra Golf Uno, this is your leader. Report."
