Why This Must Be Read: I was very pleased to see Tallulah Rasa, one of the queens of gen fic, moving her stories from her now-defunct web page to AO3 so that they're still available for our reading pleasure. Here's one that I haven't recced yet: a fantastic look at seven different ways Jack might have left the SGC (or not), full of friendship and snark and humor and a generous dash of angst and (mostly) happy endings.
The second and seventh are my favorites, but these are all a joy!
"It says, SG-1," Daniel said, gauging their reactions with an eyebrow shimmy only slightly less pronounced than it would have been in the old days. "We explored the universe and ate pie." He took a sip from his cup.
No one said anything for a minute, and then Sam said, "Indeed", and Daniel's coffee went up his nose.
