Why This Must Be Read: I most admire authors who can take an episode that is full of plot holes and/or cliches and make it really work.
I have yet to meet anyone who actually liked Entity, although I'm sure such fans exist... :)
In this marvelous stream-of-consciousness, Tricia gives us Sam in that desperate moment of crisis, when her body has been zatted twice and she has to find some way to tell the outside world that she's still there. We get excellent backstory, superb characterization, staunch support from Janet and the team, and fantastic imagery. You'll be breathless as the tension mounts and piles higher until we reach the climax: I AM HERE.
She had more to do, and now she had some more time to do it.
A great Sam piece, and well worth reading.
