Why This Must Be Read: In the nebulous days between S8 and S9, Jack invites his team over to his home for one last movie night. He picks up one of those Star Wars movies for Teal’c – any one of them is just as good as the others, right?

Or… not?

Or… yes?

With great team camaraderie, and the knowing grins to show that everyone is humoring Teal’c here, this is a fun little ficlet that shows classic SG-1 at its best.

 

"I will not watch."

"What?" Jack looked at the box and then to Teal'c. "I thought you loved this stuff?"

Teal'c's jaw twitched, and he stood. "This movie is not Star Wars."

Jack frowned and glanced down at the box. "It says Star --"

"It is not." His eyes narrowed.

Jack blinked. Okay then. Well, there just went a few bucks on some Phantom Menace flick.
