Such a long time ago, when I was first on LJ, she kept saying BUT YOU HAVE TO GET AN ICON!!! And I was so new, I didn't have much idea about what an icon WAS, let alone how to get one. And she found me icons, and walked me through the whole process. She did so many things like that for so many people.
